Refund Policy

At Dripplug South Africa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original, undamaged condition with all tags attached
• In the original packaging

Shoes must show no signs of wear — clean soles, no creases, and no damage. We do not accept returns on worn or damaged items.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days and credited back via EFT to your provided bank account.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
